Denmark, 5 Apr. 1805. The king formally recalls Peder Blicher Olsen as resident minister and consul general to the United States.

The recall was at the request of Blicher Olsen, who had departed from the United States in 1803 on a leave of absence for reasons related to his health (Madison, Papers, Sec. of State Ser. description begins William T.
