§ From Louis-Marie Turreau. 9 June 1806, Baltimore. Has the honor to enclose a commission delivered by M. de Beaujour to M. Leloup, to fulfill, with Turreau’s approval, the functions of Commissioner for Commercial Relations of France at Baltimore, during the absence of the incumbent, M. Arcambal. Requests that JM present this commission to the president to obtain his exequatur in the usual form.
