The Light Companies from the Maryland line now with General Wayne are to be immediately completed.1

Adj. Gen. Alexander Scammell’s orderly book entry for this date includes additional general orders: “The November Rolls to be lodged with the Dy Pay Master Genl for examination.
“A sub.—2 serjeants—& 38 R[ank] & F[ile] for fatigue tomorrow at the Orderly Room, from Genl St Clairs Division” (orderly book, 17 Oct. 1779—22 March 1780, DNA: RG 93, Orderly Books, 1775–1783, vol. 33).
