Head-Quarters Morristown friday Feby 11th 1780.

Parole Pennsylvania— C. Signs Persia Peru.

Charles McClean of the 3rd Pennsylvania regiment; Thomas Herrindeen and William Potter of Colonel Angell’s regiment; John Lewis of Colonel Jackson’s regiment, and John McLane & William Hooper of the 4th New-York, are to suffer agreeable to the sentences decreed against them.1

Adj. Gen. Alexander Scammell’s orderly book entry for this date includes the following additional general orders: “A Corporal and four men from Genl starks Brigade are to be sent immediately to the Forage master Genls to drive Horses to Pennsylvania.

“Clintons Brigade is to furnish a Serjeant Corporal and twelve men as a fatigue Party for the Quarter Master General, this Day.

“The Morris Town Pickett will be relieved tomorr⟨ow⟩ at one oClock by Clinton’s and starks Brigades” (orderly book, 17 Oct. 1779–22 March 1780, DNA: RG 93, Orderly Books, 1775–1783, vol. 33).
